John Nogan

John retired as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Medical Service Corps, (HCA) in 2004 after 22 years of service.  John entered the service in 1982 and proudly served as a Hospital Corpsman achieving the rank of Chief Hospital Corpsman in 9 years with the last 13 years served as a Commissioned Officer.  During his 35 years in the military and civilian corporate settings, John has worked as a Program/Project manager, executive leadership support roles on staff and joint duty assignments, and leadership instructor for health care and dental leaders as well as several civilian sector clients.  John is an alumnus of George Mason University with a Master’s in Education Leadership; Webster University with a Master’s in Human Resources Development, and an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice Administration from National University.  Regardless of his role, he has most enjoyed developing his teams and helping subordinates reach success in their professional or personal journeys.
He has completed his Coach Certification Course and is now accepting clients at a best value rate to complete the certification course that adheres to the International Coach Federation standards.  As a Coach in Training (life and leadership), John adheres to a philosophy of coaches who inspire, coach, mentor and train people to learn how to consistently produce purposeful results in all life areas, while maintaining and enhancing their own well-being. His mission is to bring forth, enhance and share light and lightness in clients, students and ourselves.
